Let's Have a Party!

I have found that house parties are a wonderful way of getting the SoundSerene message across.  If you'd like to give one a try, all you need do is invite a few friends and I'll take care of the rest. But don't worry that it's going to be dry as an old stick, it's not!

Sure enough, I'll talk about stress and it’s many forms but, more importantly, I'll cover the remedies and there'll be lots of laughs along the way.  We'll have a short meditation to relax everyone and I'll follow that by playing a piece of music on guitar. I'll play several pieces during the evening and, as well as listening, there'll be lots of opportunity for your questions. Just provide glasses of water for your guests (and me!) and that's all there is to it.
 
A SoundSerene party evening is instructive, entertaining and definitely relaxing! And there's the laughter, an all important part of stress relief. Believe me, a good chuckle is worth its weight in gold!

Try the SoundSerene method of relaxation in the comfort of your favourite armchair.
You'll need:

At least 15 minutes when you won't be disturbed. Unplug the 'phone - shut out the world.
If you like the idea of candles - give 'em a go.
You'll need a CD player, a copy of Esperanza and I always recommend headphones to eliminate ambient sounds.

Simply relax and let my music do its work!
